Currently we are in search of persons for the following positions:

HVAC Service Manager - We are looking for someone with at least 5 years experience with HVAC Service.  Someone that is willing to put forth the effort required to grow the department and make it successful.

HVAC Service Technicians - We are looking for experienced HVAC Service Technicians.  Neat and professional individuals who can professionally represent our organization.  Must have a minimum of 5years HVAC Service experience.  

Junior Project Manager/Project Manager Assistant - We are looking for someone with Project Management experience, who will assist with the administrative duties associated with Project Management.  This person will be required to type, take phone calls, call on vendors, sub contractors and suppliers, and other administrative duties.

Company Investments

Our Estimating Department has recently invested in a new estimating software system by Estimation.  We are confident this tool will help us maintain our competitive edge as well increase our efficiency in that department.

Our Accounting Department has upgraded there software as well.  We have invested in the Sage Accpac accounting system.  We are confident that with improved job costing capabilities we can continue to measure our success on the projects and pass that success along to the customer.

Milestones

The year 2007 represents our 18th year in business.  In years past we have always honored our employees with a small token of our gratitude either for five or ten years.  This year however we decided to honor those that have been committed to being 15 year employees.  So we thought it was only fitting to share the names of those employees who have served CRW Mechanical, Inc. well for 15 Years of Service.
