Dave Cole and Fran Russell founded CRW in January 1990.  From its inception, CRW has focused on being a full service union mechanical contractor for blue chip companies, the federal government, hospitals, churches and universities.  In 1997 the company relocated to Lanham, Maryland where the corporate headquarters remains today.  Dave Cole retired in March 2005 and Fran Russell assumed the role of president.  Additionally, in that same year, three new officers were appointed as Kevin Clark became Executive Vice President, Chris Colburn became Vice President of Field Operations and Rudy Ford became Secretary Treasurer.  The company employs approximately 50 employees in house and provides services throughout Washington, Baltimore, and Northern Virginia Metropolitan area.
